Meihaku

Legal

Terms of Service

These terms keep the relationship plain: use Meihaku lawfully, keep your account secure, review outputs before production use, and do not treat readiness results as a substitute for your own operational judgment.

Effective date: May 9, 2026

Agreement

Short terms for a support-readiness product.

Using Meihaku

You may use Meihaku to audit support knowledge, map customer intents, review cited answers, and prepare AI support rollouts.

You are responsible for the source materials you connect, the people you authorize, and the decisions your team makes from the readiness map.

Account and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.

Do not access Meihaku in a way that disrupts the service, bypasses controls, or violates another party's rights.

Customer data

You keep ownership of the support content and business data you provide.

You grant Meihaku permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

AI output and readiness decisions

Meihaku helps surface gaps, conflicts, stale sources, and cited answer drafts. It does not replace your team's review, legal judgment, compliance process, or customer-support responsibility.

You should review outputs before using them in production systems or customer-facing workflows.

Beta and availability

Parts of Meihaku may be in beta. Features can change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, failures, or provider issues.

We aim to be careful and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.

Limits

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Meihaku is provided without warranties beyond those we expressly state.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
