Privacy Policy

Short version: Meihaku uses customer data to run AI support readiness audits. We do not sell your data, and we do not train foundation models on your support content.

Effective date: May 9, 2026

Data handling

Built for support data that should stay controlled.

What we collect

We collect account and contact details you provide, product usage events, support requests, and technical logs needed to keep Meihaku working.

When you connect support sources, Meihaku processes the documents, tickets, macros, notes, metadata, and excerpts needed to build a readiness map, citations, and approved answer set.

How we use data

We use data to operate the product, run readiness audits, show cited evidence, provide support, secure the service, and improve reliability.

We do not sell customer data. We do not train foundation models on your support content.

AI and service providers

Meihaku may use contracted infrastructure, database, analytics, email, and AI model providers to process data on our behalf.

Those providers are used to deliver the service, not to let unrelated customers access your content.

Retention

We keep account records, readiness maps, citations, hashes, and run metadata while your workspace is active or as needed for legal, security, and operational reasons.

Raw source content is handled for ingest and evidence generation. We aim to keep retained product records focused on readiness results and provenance, not full source archives.

Your choices

You can ask us to update, export, or delete account data where the law allows. Some records may need to be kept for security, audit, or legal reasons.

You can disconnect sources or stop using the service at any time.
